RICHARD PATERSON,  Master Blender with Whyte & Mackay, Dalmore and Jura. Nicknamed ‘The Nose’. Flamboyant, funny and very knowledgeable. With Dr James Pryde he recreated the Shackleton Whisky , amongst others.

His trade mark is throwing ridiculously priced whisky out his glass onto the floor, no matter where he finds himself!
